Following dissolution of the Joint Session, the Senate will next convene for business on Monday at 2:00 p.m. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.Con.Res. 3, the Budget Resolution. At 5:30 p.m. on Monday, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote in relation to Senator Paul’s amendment #1 to S.Con.Res. 3.
