The Senate will meet at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of  Christopher T. Hanson to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, post-cloture.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Hanson nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Tanya Monique Jones Bosier, to be an Associate Judge of the D.C. Superior Court.

Following the cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

If cloture is invoked, at approximately 2:15 p.m., the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Bosier nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Judith E. Pipe, to be an Associate Judge of the D.C. Superior Court.
