The Senate will convene at 12:00 noon on Thursday, April 18th. Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.7888, FISA Reauthorization.

At approx. 1:00 p.m. – one vote:

  1. Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.7888, FISA Reauthorization.

Additional votes are expected during Thursday’s session.

As a reminder, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader in consultation with the Republican Leader but no later than Friday, April 19, 2024, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of S.4072 (Tailpipe emissions). There will be up to 2 hours for debate, equally divided. Upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate will vote on passage of the bill, with 60-affirmative votes required for passage.
