3:23 p.m. By a vote of 47-46, the Senate did not override the veto of S.J. Res. 9, the Lesser Prairie Chicken CRA. Senator Manchin voted in favor. Senators Brown, Cassidy, Feinstein, Romney, Scott (SC), Smith and Stabenow did not vote.
