At approximately 12:15, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to suspend rule XV1 with respect to the Murray substitute amendment #1092.
The Senate will recess from 5:00pm until 6:15 to allow for the All Senators briefing.

At approximately 11:30 a.m., the Senate will proceed to two roll call votes relative to the following:
- Confirmation of the nomination of Vernon D. Oliver to be United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut.
- Motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Rita F. Lin to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of California.
Following the Lin vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus luncheons.
At approximately 2:15 p.m., if cloture is invoked, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Lin nomination.
