10:12 p.m. Senators Kelly, Hassan, Klobuchar, Warren, Kaine and Reed spoke about the hold on military nominations.

10:11 p.m. Senator Vance asked unanimous consent to change his vote on the Wicker amendment #1055.

10:10 p.m. By a vote of 20-78, the Paul amendment #438 was not agreed to.

The Senate will convene at 10:00 a.m. and following any leader remarks will resume consideration of S.2226, FY2024 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

At approximately 12:15pm, the Senate will vote on Warnock amendment #199 (debt collector harassment) at a 60 vote threshold.

Following the vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.

The Senate will also recess from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. to allow for an all Senators briefing.
